Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Subscriptions, trials & billing
- Paid plans begin with a 30-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing is based on a flat tier determined by the greater of your store or staff count. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record, which handles applicable taxes.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any law.
Data & ownership
You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited.
